Talpita Holdings is the private investment office of Benjamin Mitchell, JD and Carolina Vazquez Mitchell, MS. We build and invest in companies across, services, technology, and CPG. Talpita began as a simple way to organize a handful of ventures. As our portfolio grew and new opportunities emerged, it evolved into a holding company dedicated to building durable, cash-flowing businesses with real strategic moats.

Benjamin Mitchell, JD

Benjamin has spent his career starting, scaling, acquiring, and advising businesses across multiple industries. His approach is grounded in an owner–operator mindset: clear strategy, disciplined execution, and a long-term view of value creation.

His experience spans consumer goods, marketing, technology, real estate, and multi-company leadership.

Carolina Vazquez Mitchell, MS

Carolina is a scientist, innovator, and product development leader with more than two decades of experience across chemistry, food science, CPG, pharmaceuticals, and nutraceuticals.
She has founded and scaled multiple companies, developed hundreds of commercial products, and exited her CPG company in 2023. Her R&D and formulation expertise is central to Talpita’s ability to support category-leading consumer brands.
