Talpita OS
We partner with founders who are building real, scalable companies but lack the systems to scale them. Talpita exists where capital meets execution.
Internal Use Only
Talpita OS is for Talpita and the staff of its portfolio companies. It is not offered to the public. You may use it only if Talpita has given you access, and only for your work.
Acceptable Use
- Use only the data your role allows, and only for work.
- Keep your sign-in to yourself. Do not share access.
- Do not copy data out of Talpita OS except as your work requires.
- Do not try to get around access checks or reach data outside your role.
- Tell us right away if you think an account or key has been misused.
What It Does
Talpita OS never changes data in the tools it reads from (GitHub, Vercel, Sentry, QuickBooks). It sends Slack notifications to staff and may use an AI model provider to write summaries. Decisions made from what it shows are yours.
No Warranty
Talpita OS is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Data may be late, incomplete or wrong. To the extent the law allows, Talpita is not liable for losses from using it.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we will update the effective date above.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ohio.
